Return & Exchange Policy

Returns 

All products are non-refundable. 

Due to the customized nature of our outfits, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered. 

Size Exchange 

As each piece is tailored or made-to-order, size exchanges are not available. We recommend confirming measurements carefully before placing your order. 

Damaged Products 

In case you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with relevant images. 

Once the issue is reviewed and approved, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional shipping cost. 

Important Note 

As our products involve handcrafted processes, slight variations in color, texture, or detailing may occur. These are not considered defects but part of the uniqueness of each piece.
